About the clinic
Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) is a diverse medical field dedicated to the care of women throughout all stages of life. This specialty combines both medical and surgical expertise to address a wide range of health issues, from routine gynecological care to complex obstetric challenges. The field focuses on promoting reproductive health, managing pregnancy, and addressing gynecological disorders while ensuring patient-centered care.
In this course, students will explore the anatomy and physiology of the female reproductive system, gaining a deep understanding of hormonal cycles and their role in health and disease. A significant portion of the curriculum will focus on prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum management, emphasizing best practices for maternal and fetal health. Participants will also study high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies, equipping them with the knowledge to handle complex clinical scenarios.
